Our housing authority administers 196 Housing Choice Vouchers and 40 Mainstream Vouchers. We also help several families in achieving self-sufficiency through the Family Self-Sufficiency Program and the Homeownership Program.

JOB OPENING: HCV Program Specialist
Caribou Housing Authority is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated professional to join our team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Housing Choice Voucher program, helping eligible families and individuals secure and maintain safe, affordable housing. The ideal candidate will combine a strong sense of empathy and excellent communication skills with a rigorous commitment to accuracy and compliance.
