Caribou Housing Authority is committed to providing housing opportunities of all types to extremely low and very low income families. Our housing authority administers 196 Housing Choice Vouchers and 40 Mainstream Vouchers. We also help several families in achieving self-sufficiency through the Family Self-Sufficiency Program and the Homeownership Program.

The mission of the Caribou Housing Authority is to assist extremely low to very low-income families with safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities as they strive to achieve self-sufficiency to improve the quality of their lives. We are committed to operating in an efficient, ethical, and professional manner without discrimination. The housing authority has, and will create, and keep partnerships with its clients and appropriate community agencies to achieve this mission.
