HOUSING QUALITY STANDARDS INSPECTIONS
To make sure units are maintained and safe, Caribou Housing Authority mandates the following types of inspections as needed.
HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT (HAP) CONTRACT
The HAP Contract is a written agreement between the CHA and the owner of the dwelling unit occupied by a Section 8 participant.
RENT INCREASE AND/OR CHANGE IN UTILITY RESPONSIBILITIES
After the initial occupancy period, the owner may request a rent adjustment in accordance with the owner’s lease.
